Enrolment

Enrolments will only be accepted once payment is made.

Students with special needs are accommodated for and will be able to actively participate in all of our activities.

All students must bring use own device with a version of Minecraft installed on it.

World of Minecraft will provide free unlimited internet/wifi for all students at face-to-face events.

​If your child has special needs, it is the parents responsibility to notify staff.

Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend, change of mind, failure to respond to emails when camps have been postponed. It is the parents responsibility to check their emails and our Facebook page for developments. World of Minecraft will make every effort to contact all enrolled families. Failure to respond to our communications will result in fees not being refunded. Refunds will not be issued if cancellations are made within 48 hours of the class.

Service NSW Creative Kids Vouchers can not be refunded for any reason (including change of dates due to events such as but not limited to floods, bushfires, Covid-19 restrictions etc, failure to attend, sickness etc). A refund will be given for the difference of fees when a Creative Kids Voucher is used when fees are greater than the value of the voucher (for more information, please go to Service NSW Creative Kids T&C's) . World of Minecraft will do its best to ensure that its programs are run as scheduled and will only make changes based on those instances as stated above.

Class Rules

World of Minecraft is renowned as being a safe space for all students (in class and virtually in Minecraft).

Griefing and bullying will not be tolerated. Parents will be contacted immediately should such behaviour is observed.

Our staff will not be bullied by parents. Should such instances occur, you will be asked to leave.

All students are expected to complete the curriculum as set.​

Parents are permitted to assist their child in Minecraft Club as long as they don't interrupt the class (please mute yourself).

Minecraft Mentor/Teaching Staff

Hold valid Working With Children's Checks (with Service NSW).

Are registered teachers in NSW department schools.

Primary role is to enhance students self concept, confidence to learn and to assist student to understand their learning style in the Minecraft space.

Will utilise their skills, to the best of their ability, to teach students with the objective to improve in the coding and gamification, however does not accept responsibility for skills not transferred to school-related exams or assessment tasks.

Community Safety

All teachers are fully vaccinated as per NSW Health guidelines.

Parents must bring their child/ren to our classroom and collect them from our premises for face-to-face programs.

Parents are not permitted on site during the program.

Accommodations will be made for children with special needs so that they are safe and their needs are met during class time.

If your child is feeling unwell, or has tested positive to Covid-19 via a RAT test, please refrain from attending our programs until all symptoms are gone.
